Villa from Abhi Prakru

I believe Abhee Ventures is the most unprofessional builder not only in Bangalore, but India too. What makes them that bad is their overall approach to construction and selling. It starts with salesmen making statements which are later found to be untrue. They sold Abhee Prakruthi as a gated community but later on declared it an open site. Their contracts vary between customers too, thereby offering no consistency when it comes to common issues. Supervision is poor during construction. They missed electrical points and a fan hook in my case. They also reduced area of some of my living spaces. Quality is even worse - slopes are not proper, waterpipes are substandard, electrical wires get burnt, painting is inconsistent, water leakage is present due to shabby putty, tiling and grouting jobs. The vendors they choose for other fittings are also bad. Mosquito mesh is fragile; louvers in bathrooms have gaps big enough for rats to enter. If you complain about the issues, they will talk as if they did a favor by building your house/apartment. They will hound customers to pay for jobs that haven't even been completed. They have the most clueless yet arrogant team of people. They built a small pond in the name of a swimming pool at Abhee Prakruthi, basketball court is left unfinished; lights are inadequate at the site and cameras they installed can't see clearly beyond two meters. They didn't even build a toilet near the swimming pool. As a customer, you can only feel cheated. Stay away from Abhee projects if you want peace of mind, and desire acceptable quality.

I am just giving my opinion and review and i am in no case related to it. It is located at chandapura and has various villas in one whole land. Its being very nicely built and is very beautiful and worth for money. Amenities: As they are telling now it looks good no idea about the future. Plots are of many sizes and can be chosen according to preference. Model flat are actually really good. Overall good investment as it ranges from 97 lacs "as of now".

Very Good Maintenance of the Villas as well as the Nature also, Both sides of the Road they are Planted Flower trees it is looking very Nice and Beautiful well maintained 24hrs security guards patrolling, Well designed Club House with Swimming Pool... Well Maintained Green Grass Play Ground with Park stone table ,wooden tables for seating and pool with Lotus. Each and every house having one big tree and small plants and shrubs,flower pots well designed Garden in front of the Houses
